What should I do if my product arrived damaged?

Online Return Process

  • Sign in to your account and once you move the cursor on your name a drop down appears with options, click on Your Orders

  • Once you arrive at the order center select "view details" of the order in question and select appropriate action: track my order, return items, exchange items.

  • Click on return items.

  • Tick the box and select the appropriate reason for return and press next to proceed.

For Fast and Free In-Store Returns you may select the option displayed in the image below:

  • Tick the box and press next to proceed.

  • Choose Return Option and tick the “text me my return & refund confirmation” box and press finish to initiate a return.

  • Once you press finish a return label along with the return tracking will be created.

Return to a Store

  • Return your purchase in its original packaging with your receipt in a store for an instant refund. Or if you want to exchange the item, you can exchange the item at your local Sears store.
  • To find the location of your nearest store, Click Sears Store Locations
