How do I add points that I did not receive from a previous purchase?

To add missing SYW points, Click here  and follow the steps below :

  1. Sign in to your Shop Your Way  account (If not already logged in).
  2. Click on your name at the top right corner of the page, then on “See my account  history”.
  3. Below your past activity, you will see a link for the "Retrieve Missing Points form".
  4. Click on “Retrieve Missing Points form” link.

Missing Points can also be added with the help of a Customer Service Representative.
