How do I cancel an order?

We process your order immediately after you click "Place Order Now". You may be able to cancel before your order is shipped. Click below to check.

Cancelling Shipping Orders

  • Click My Account to begin the cancellation process.  If you can't cancel the order, simply follow the return instructions contained with the order once it is received.
  • Orders with a status of "Processing" may be cancelled Check Your Order Status. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left Sears warehouse and is on its way.  Tracking numbers and other information may not be available right away.

Cancelling Home Delivery Orders

  • Home delivered orders may be cancelled prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service at 800.732.7747. 

Cancelling Store Pickup Orders

  • Store pickup orders may be cancelled prior to actual pickup. Call the store you selected for store pickup. For store information, use our Store Locator.
