Why am I not able to redeem or earn points?

If your membership to Shop Your Way has not been verified, you may not be able to redeem or earn Shop Your Way points.  If this is the issue, you will be asked when adding items to your cart to ‘resend verification email’. 

Follow the steps in the drop down below to validate your membership via email.  Once your membership is validated you should then be able to redeem and earn Shop Your Way Points. 

Verify your Shop Your Way Membership

  1. To verify your membership now, click on resend verification email link as indicated below. 
  2. After you have selected the ‘resend verification email’ link, a verification email will be sent to your registered email account. 
  3. Open the email account you used for registration and locate the email from sears with the subject line ‘Thanks, member! One more click to go’.  Open the verification email and click on ‘VERIFY NOW’ as indicated below.

    You should now be able to redeem and earn Shop You Way points.  Please check your spam folder if you are unable to find the verification email.
