Some orders can be cancelled within a 30 minute window after it has been placed.
Click My Account to begin the cancellation process. If you can't cancel the order, simply follow the return instructions contained with the order once it is received.
Orders with a status of "Processing" may be cancelled Check Your Order Status. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped, it means that your order has left Sears warehouse and is on its way. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available right away.
Cancelling Home Delivery Orders
Home delivered orders may be cancelled prior to your scheduled delivery date by calling Customer Service at 1-800-732-7747. Home Delivery items can be refused, if necessary.
Cancelling Store Pickup Orders
